Cirino Glauber G

Glauber Cirino (born 02 April 1982, Belem, Para) is a Brazilian meteorologist and geoscientist. Cirino studied Meteorology at the Federal University of Para (UFPA) with a bachelor's degree completed in 2008. As a graduate student, he studied Climate and Environment at The National Institute for Amazonian Research (INPA) with a master's degree in 2011 and became a PhD (sandwich) in 2015, with internship at The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences of Harvard University in Cambridge, MA (EUA). Since 2009, he has studied the direct and indirect effects of aerosols on climate and the use of remote sensing techniques and modeling to investigate the connection between concentration and physico-chemical properties of biogenic aerosols and biomass burning in the radiative balance of the earth climate system.
