Researcher at DTU Aqua, the National Institute of Aquatic Resources, Technical University of Denmark. I am currently studying interactions between protected species and fisheries in Danish waters, with a particular interest for the bycatch of seabirds in gillnets. Part of my work consists of developing mitigation methods, but also of estimating the fishing effort distribution of small-scale passive gear fisheries in coastal waters, in order to understand the potential areas of conflict.
