个人简介
Abdul Ghaffar was born in Mitha Tiwana, Pakistan, in 1976. He received the M.Sc. degree in physics from the University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronics, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2009.
He joined the Department of Physics, Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan, in 2009, and the Department of Physics, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, in 2010, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Microwave Laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for two years. He has authored or co-authored over 65 papers in international journals. His current research interests include electromagnetic wave propagation, electromagnetic wave scattering, radar cross section, metamaterials, wave propagation in plasmas and complex media (anisotropic, inhomogeneous, and dispersive media), high frequency techniques, and Maslov’s method.
