Georg Matt

Georg Matt is a tenured Professor of Psychology in the College of Sciences at San Diego State University (SDSU) and a faculty member at the Moores Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on human exposure to tobacco smoke toxicants in field settings. With support from NIH, TRDRP, and U.S. HUD, he has worked with interdisciplinary and multi-institutional research teams to investigate residual tobacco smoke pollutants (aka thirdhand smoke), pathways, metabolites, and behavioral correlates of exposure in homes, cars, hotels, casinos, and hospital settings.
