Mostafa Gamal A

Gamal A. E. Mostafa was born in Cairo in 1965. He received the B.Sc. degree from the Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, in 1987, the M.Sc. degree from Mansoura University in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree from Ain Shams University–University of Tübingen, Germany, in 1998. In 1989, he joined the National Research Center, where he became an Assistant Researcher in 1992, a Researcher in 1998, an Associate Professor in 2003, and a Professor in 2008. In 2006, he joined the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as an Associate Professor and a Professor in 2009. He has published more than 100 articles in internationally reputed journals, mainly in the field of chemical sensors, HPLC, and spectrophotometry. He is participating in seven funded research projects in the same field. His research interests include analytical chemistry, in different areas of analytical chemistry mainly electroanalytical chemistry (chemical sensors), chromatographic method of analysis (HPLC and HPLC-mass), and spectrophotometry.
