Firas Mourtada

Firas Mourtada received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in biomedical engineering from Mercer University, Macon, GA, in 1992 and the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, in 1994, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in radiation health from the Johns Hopkins University in 1997. He is currently an Associate Professor with dual appointment in the Departments of Radiation Physics and Experimental Diagnostic Imaging. His research interest is related to internal radionuclide therapy, molecular imaging, and brachytherapy.
