Main research projects: Stem cell research in farm animals; interested in optimizing ways to isolate MSC from cattle endometrium and to convert them into iPS cells. In horses and dogs, I am looking for molecules that can enhance the regenerative potential in tissue repair of adult MSC upon treatment of animals. Also I collaborate in a cattle cloning project and the study of mRNA and miRNA expression in cloned and normal cattle embryos at elongation
