Felix Greifeneder received the Bachelor's degree in geodesy in 2009 and the Master's degree in geoinformation and cartography in 2012, both from Vienna University of Technology, Vienna, Austria. Since 2013, he has been working toward the Ph.D. thesis at the Institute for Applied Remote Sensing, EURAC Bolzano, Italy, in collaboration with the Vienna University of Technology, Vienna, Austria. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Research Assistant with the Department for Geodesy and Geoinformation, Vienna University of Technology, within the research group for remote sensing. Since 2013, he has been a Researcher with the Institute of Earth Observation, Eurac Research. He is in charge for the algorithm development for the retrieval of biophysical parameters. His research interests include SAR and RADAR processing for flood mapping and soil moisture estimation.
