个人简介
I obtained a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Paris VII in France. During my doctoral studies at Pasteur Institute in Paris, I investigated the role of the ESX-5 type VII secretion system of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in virulence, immunogenicity, and host-pathogen interaction. My Thesis work opens new prospects for the development of a new live-attenuated vaccine against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
My post-doctoral work at the Pasteur Institute of Paris, focused on characterizing the fine composition of adaptive immune cells in response to immunization with different live-attenuated or subunit anti-tuberculosis vaccine candidates, and how these can be influenced to achieve improved vaccine efficacy in the mouse model of tuberculosis infection.
