The focus of my research is on evidence-based health management: using or developing rigorous evidence to guide health management decisions. I am particularly interested in quality, safety and interface of work-life in Emergency Medicine. I am also exploring the theory of domestic tethers on advancement for women. This is the concept of impact of domestic work/responsibilities, which are traditionally shouldered to a larger extent by women, and how they impact career paths and advancement.
