Current research interests - nutritional requirements, foods in particular grain sorghum, in the nutrition of broiler chickens and commercial and breeding hens. Methods and techniques they use - assessments of zootechnical performance, yield, internal and eggshell quality, chicken carcass quality and yield. What they're working on now - grain sorghum in the nutrition of broilers and laying hens.
