Manuel Estrada

Manuel Estrada received his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Science from Universidad de Chile in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Pharmacology, Medical School, Yale University (Barbara Ehrlich's Lab). Since 2006 is Associate Professor of Physiology at the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Chile. His research interests include rapid androgen effects and metabolic cardiomyocyte adaptations to hypertrophy.
