Dr. Eloise Senges is Associate Professor in Marketing with a senior consumer expertise, at the Toulouse School of Management, Toulouse 1 Capitole University, Toulouse, France. Before working in research, she had an experience of 10 years in marketing of consumer goods (Kraft Foods, now called Mondelez, and Cadbury). She was Group Marketing Manager in charge of the management of two markets (€225 million) and 13 brands. Her Ph.D. thesis (2016) dealt with the influence of Ageing Well on senior’s consumption. From 2016 to 2020, she was research engineer at Paris Dauphine University. She collaborated in European and national scientific projects aimed at developing robotic solutions and new technologies for ageing well, such as ACCRA and AMISURE. Dr. Eloise Senges (co)authored several papers on the ageing well of elderly consumers.
