Elisabeth Andreadou

I qualified from Aristotle University, Medical School (Thessaloniki, Greece) in 1985. I completed residency and fellowship training in neurology at the department of Neurology of Athens National and Kapodistrian University, Aeginition Hospital (1987-1991). Ph.D., Medical School, Athens National and Kapodistrian University, Greece, 1991-1995. Post-Doctoral Clinical Research Fellow: 1996-2003. Lecturer (2003-2009) and Assistant Professor of Neurology (2009-present) at Aeginition University Hospital. I am currently working at the Unit of Demyelinating Diseases. I have clinical and research interests in neurodegenerative disorders and multiple sclerosis (mechanisms and biomarkers of neurodegeneration and quality of life of patients with degenerative disorders). I have published 23 peer reviewed articles and over 80 presentations at scientific meetings. I have written the chapter “Neuroimaging in multiple sclerosis” for the book: Neuroimaging -Clinical Applications, Prof. Peter Bright (Ed.
