Debra Westlake

Debra Westlake currently works in applied health services research at the Centre for Community and Primary Care Research in Translational Biomedicine (CRTB), University of Plymouth. Debra does research in Medical Anthropology, Sociological Theory and Qualitative Social Research. Her current project is in evaluations of interventions for people with multiple long term conditions and in person centred coordinated care. She is experienced in qualitative and mixed methods research and currently developing interest in realist evaluation methods.She has experience of working overseas in different cultural contexts and is the founder of a UK registered charity and a Lima based organisation providing nursery education in vulnerable communities.
