I am fascinated by the success of liquid biopsy - analysis of circulating tumor DNA fragments obtained from a simple blood draw can now inform about potential treatment options and will invariably lead to more complex (and, hopefully, actionable) data for detection of minimal residual disease and cancer screening. I will be working on making it ever more precise, robust, and accessible.
