These have been integrated into routine clinical care under CLIA and GCP, providing the ability to rationally directed cancer patients to the most relevant therapy based on an underlying molecular signature. This has led to the identification of novel biomarkers of drug response and new tumor genetic signatures that have expanded treatment options for patients with rare cancers.
