Darko Stojanovski

My general scientific interest is the neolithisation process of Europe, especially the Eastern Mediterranean and the Balkan Peninsula. Throughout my studies I have mainly looked into pottery, from morpho-typology and technology to lipid analysis. In recent years I have resettled in my home country Macedonia and initiated a new field campaign on Barutnica (Anza), one of the key Neolithic sites in the Central Balkans, initiating a long-term project on Neolithic economy, human diet and society.
