The focus of my work is measurement of vulnerable and mobile populations in low- and middle-income country data. I developed GridSample for non-GIS-experts to select household survey locations from gridded population data; and I helped to establish the IDEAMAPS Network of among "slum" mapping traditions to model city-wide assets and deprivations routinely and accurately at scale.
