Postdoctoral (PNPD/CAPES ) from March to June 2013, the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). PhD in Technological Processing of Animal Products - Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) (2009-2013) . Master of Hygiene and Technological Processing of Animal Products - UFF (2007-2009) . Graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine Work with End of Course in Hygiene and Food Technology. Worked as a substitute teacher in the Department of Food Science, Faculty of Pharmacy, UFF , teaching classes in Chemistry and Biochemistry of Foods and Food Science I courses for Pharmacy and Nutrition (2010-2012) . With practical and theoretical experience in the field of Science and Technology of Food and Food Science , acting on the following topics: Food Technology , Chemistry and Biochemistry of Food Composition and Physico-Chemical Analysis of Foods .
