His research lab has explored the nanoelectronic devices based on the low-dimensional nanomaterials and the state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies. In the upcoming era of artificial intelligence, his lab will focus on the research and development of the nanoelectronic devices for AI hardware accelerator, which will be realized with the combination of nanomaterials and quantum physical phenomena.
