个人简介
Dimitar Radkov Kolev received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in telecommunication technologies from the Technical University of Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2014. Since April 2014, he has been a Researcher with the Space Communications Laboratory, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Tokyo. His particular research interests include free-space optical communication systems and atmospheric turbulence effects.
