Dietrich Henzler is currently the Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, Surgical Intensive Care, Emergency and Pain Medicine, Ruhr University of Bochum, Herfor, Germany. He is also an Adjunct Professor with the Department of Anesthesia, Pain Management and Perioperative Medicine, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada. His research interests include respiratory health, safe anesthesia, and monitoring of patients under mechanical ventilation.
