Daniel Guendel

I'm actually at the Institute of Radiopharmaceutical Cancer Research, Department of Neuroradiopharmaceuticals at the HZDR in Leipzig, Germany. We develop radiotracers for PET imaging with a focus on target structures involved in brain cancer and neuroinflammatory/degenerative diseases. My focus is the evaluation of our tracers in different preclinical models (mice, rats) via PET/MR and with other in vitro and in cellulo methods.
