Bioinformatician interested in applying computational methods and genomics to study genetic/genomic variation within and between natural populations, as well as between closely related species (species complex). I am also interested in the interaction between genotype and environment, and organismal adaptation to changing, stressful, and toxic environments. My current research applies population genomics to study genomic variation and adaptation in the model aquatic organism Daphnia.
