Cornelia Futterer

I am a PhD student in the research group Foundations of Statistics and Their Applications of Prof. Augustin at the Institute of Statistics of LMU. My research topic is the quantification of uncertainty in single-cell data in the context of personalized medicine. My research focus is on non-linear dimension reduction techniques and consensus clustering, always keeping in mind the structure of the data as well as a potential application.
