My research focuses on fundamental and translational aspects of antitumor immunotherapy for lung cancer. Therefore we rely on several in-house developed or optimized tools such as lentiviral vector modified cell lines, single domain antibodies, orthotopic lung tumor models and 3D lung tumor spheroids.
