个人简介
My current research activity focuses on analyzing, at a system level, how biological molecules, proteins and cells interact in both healthy and diseased states with particular emphasis in complex human conditions such as cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Specifically, in my lab we develop innovative in vivo and ex vivo optical imaging modalities as well as software tools for fast acquisition, visualization and image analysis of large microscopy data sets at both the single cell- as well as the whole organ-level.
