Ciro Scognamillo received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (summa cum laude) in electronics engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy, in 2017 and 2019, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, with a focus on electrothermal and electrostatic effects in electronic devices, circuits, and systems. His research interests include state-of-the-art power modules, wide-bandgap technologies, and RF devices. In these research fields, he has authored or coauthored seven scientific contributions in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.
