Career Trajectory
Bio
I'm a professor in plant pathology and plant biotechnology.
My research work aims at identifying genes and molecular mechanisms involved in quantitative resistance to plant pathogens. I use mainly the Aphanomyces euteiches/ Medicago truncatula pathosystem as a model to develop complementary strategies based on genetic, transcriptomic and cytological approaches .
I'm also interested in the identification of molecular crosstalk between plant symbioses and plant immunity.
