Chien-Hao Tseng

Chien-Hao Tseng received the M.S. degree from the Department of Communications, Navigation and Control Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Electrical and Control Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2017. He has been with the National Center for High-Performance Computing (NCHC), National Applied Research Laboratories (NARL), Taichung, Taiwan, as an Associate Researcher, since 2018. His research interests include video content analysis, computer vision, machine learning, and nonlinear filtering and control.
