Prof. To Chi-ho is a visionary in the field of optometry. He stands tall as one of the brilliant minds behind the groundbreaking inventions of Defocus Incorporated Soft Contact (DISC) lens and Defocus Incorporated Multiple Segment (DIMS) lens. The former claimed the Grand Prize and Gold Medal with Jury’s Commendation at the 39th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, and the latter received the Grand Prize, Grand Award, and Gold Medal, along with the Congratulations of the Jury at the 46th International Exhibition.
