Cheryl Selvanayagam

Cheryl Selvanayagam received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Ph.D. degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). She worked on material characterization and mechanical simulations at the A*STAR Institute of Microelectronics (IME), Singapore. She is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Singapore. Her current research interest includes incorporation of machine learning algorithms with high fidelity finite element simulations for warpage minimization in ultra-thin electronic packages.
