Chen Yimin

Yimin Chen received his Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 1989. Then, he became a faculty member of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Machine and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, China. From 1996 to 2001, he worked as a research associate in the Texas Center for Superconductivity at the University of Houston, TX. From 2001 to 2004, he was a research associate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. For about 20 years, he has been researching on the material growth (MOCVD) and property study of lasing and luminescent semiconductors, high temperature superconductors, and high dielectric oxides. He is co-author of more than 20 journal articles.
