Charles Berry

Dr. Berry's current research interest is on statistical models, methods, and software for exploring populations of integration sites such as occur in retroviral infections (see Berry et al, 2006, PLoS Comput Biol and Berry et al, Bioinformatics, 2012) or in gene therapies using retrovirus-like constructs (see Berry et al, Bioinformatics, 2014) .
