My research activity is carried out in the Structural Biophysics team led by Dr. L. Mourey. I use integrative structural biology methods to decipher the molecular mechanisms of the biosynthesis of mycolic acids of M. tuberculosis. Some of these projects are at a stage of progress that allows the study of inhibition mechanisms by antibiotics and the design of new inhibitors. I have also participated in study of other proteins such as a protein of the g-tubulin complex, toxin-antitoxin complex..
