Chao Zhang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia, in 2014. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist with Samsung R&D, Beijing, China. His research interests include image processing, bio-signal processing, visual relationship understanding, and image Q&A.
