Chad Weintraub

Chad E. Weintraub received the B.S. degree in physics from The State University of New York, Binghamton, NY, USA, in 1994, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, in 1996 and 2000, respectively. He held positions with Advanced Micro Devices and Motorola, Austin, TX USA, where he was involved in the research and development of advanced CMOS devices. He is currently with GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Inc., Austin, TX USA, where he was involved in the design and development of SRAM cells for advanced technologies. His research interests include the characterization of advanced MOS gate dielectrics.
