Clement Rougeux

During my PhD, my research focused on the genetic basis associated to parallel events of phenotypic diversification during an ongoing speciation event in the lake whitefish system. Now as postdoc with Sam Yeaman, I am interested by the genetic architecture of local adaptation. Particularly, I am thrilled by the concept of convergent adaptation and the repeatability of adaptation. Generally, I am curious about how genomes and polymorphisms are shaped through evolutionary times.
