I was born in Ji’nan, China, in 1977. I received the B.S. degree in applied mathematics from Ludong University, Yantai, China, the M.S. degree in operation research and control theory from Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing, China, and the Ph.D. degree in operation research and control theory from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2000, 2004, and 2010, respectively. I am presently a full professor at Shandong Technology and Business University.
