Catarina Ferreira da Silva, PhD in Informatics (2007) with Habilitation in Information Science and Technology (2020), is Associate Professor (2021) at the Department of Information Science and Technology of the University Institute of Lisbon (Iscte), Portugal, where she teaches Information Systems disciplines from an informatics viewpoint. She is member of the Expert Panel of the European Blockchain Observatory and Forum, since 2020. The EU Blockchain Observatory & Forum is sponsored by the EC.
