I am an experimental eco-physiologist with a broad interest in all marine primary productivity processes. I am especially interested in interactions occurring between sediment/water and rock/air interfaces and their spatial interactions. This includes all processes mediated by primary producers (e.g. O2 evolution, grazing and nutrient fluxes), I am enthusiastic in developing new methods and on the integration of laboratory experiments with field observations.
