My Group is responsible for generating synthetic versions of our disease targets namely peptide-Human Leukocyte Antigen complexes (pHLA), for use in drug discovery and development. Our pipeline consists of a number of proprietary and partnered programmes ranging from very early stage target identification projects right through to our lead programme, tebentafusp (IMCgp100), which has been granted Fast Track Designation by the US Food & Drug Administration
