Associate professor at the Technical University of Denmark, department of Environmental and Resource Engineering. I work on waste/water treatment technologies combining lab and full scale experimentation, process modeling and control and microbial ecology. My main interest lies on the development of processes that enable circular bio-economy in urban, industrial and rural contexts.
