Bojun Cheng

Bojun Cheng (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree from the School of the Gifted Young, University of Science and Technology of China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from ETH Zürich in 2021, advised by Prof. Juerg Leuthold. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Thrust of Microelectronics, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), China. His research interests include emerging memory devices and the application of the emerging memory devices in neuromorphic computing and optical interconnects.
