Biram Biteye

I am a medical and veterinary entomologist, with 6-year experience in field research. I am currently based in Dakar (Senegal). I am working on livestock and human infectious diseases (Rift Valley fever, bluetongue, Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever, African Horse sickness, ...) and their vectors (mosquitoes, biting midges, ticks,...). Skilled in field of R programming, Species ditrubition modelling, Spatial epidemiology, Genomics- Bioinformatics, Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) and PCR.
