For my PhD thesis, I explored the causal relationship between hip shape and osteoarthritis using Mendelian randomisation within UK Biobank. This was a three year fellowship and involved collaborations in the UK, Netherlands, Australia, China and USA. I am now continuing my research alongside my clinical training as an NIHR academic clinical lecturer at the University of Bristol.
