Barbara Pasini

Barbara Pasini is chairman from 2016 of the Medical genetics unit at the University Hospital “Città della Salute e della Scienza” in Turin-Italy and since 2001 she is professor of Medical genetics at the University of Turin, Department of Medical Sciences. She had her degree in Medicine at the University of Pavia in 1991 and her residency in Medical Genetics at the University of Genoa in 1995 (fellow at the Molecular Genetics Laboratory, “Istituto G. Gaslini”, Genoa). She was researcher at the “Istituto Nazionale Tumori” in Milan between 1995 and 2001 before being responsible for the Medical genetics service in oncology at the University Hospital in Turin and the “Istituto per la Ricerca e la Cura del Cancro” in Candiolo until 2014.
