Priyanka Baloni is a computational biologist and her research focus is on human health and diseases. She obtained her PhD from Indian Institute of Science, where she did her research on studying host-pathogen interaction in latent tuberculosis infection. She is currently a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute for Systems Biology where she is leading projects on metabolic changes in placental development, Alzheimer's disease and cancer.
