Boris Voronov

Boris Voronov graduated from Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute, U.S.S.R., in 1969. During the last two decades, he has been head of the Processing Laboratory of Moscow State Pedagogical University, Moscow, Russia. He is the author and coauthor of almost 60 publications. His professional interest includes solid-state physics, vacuum science and technology especially ultrathin superconducting film deposition and nanoscale lithography.
